our cookie dough is made with pure vegetable shortening, fresh, hand-cracked eggs, baker's flour, pure cane sugar and fine granulated sugar.

Our Chocolate Chip dough is made with 2 sizes of REAL semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Ingredients: Enriched Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour [improves yeast baking], Niacin, Iron [reduced], Thiamine Mononitrate [Vitamin B-1], Riboflavon [Vitamin B-2], Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Choc Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin [an emulsifier], Vanilla), Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean & Cottonseed Oils, Mono & Digylcerides), Mono & Diglycerides (pro Vitamin A), White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla, Pudding, Baking Soda, Salt.

Our M & M dough is a real "kids" favorite with real, regulation size milk chocolate M & M candies.

Our Brownie dough, which my son developed, has real cocoa with vanilla white chips. Spread on cookie sheet and frost to have brownies or bake as cookies.

Our Sugar dough is made with margarine and a hint of lemon. We include a packet of sugar for your convenience.
Ingredients: Enriched Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour [improves yeast baking], Niacin, Iron [reduced], Thiamine Mononitrate [Vitamin B-1], Riboflavon [Vitamin B-2], White Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean & Cottonseed Oils, Mono & Diglycerides, Artificial Butter Flavor, Beta-Carotene (Pro Vitamin A) add for color, Whey Solids, Sodium Benzoate (a preservative), Eggs, Whole Milk, Instant Vanilla Pudding, Vanilla, Baking Powder, Salt.

Our Peanut Butter dough is made with chunky peanut butter. You can spread the dough on a cookie sheet and bake then frost to have Peanut Butter Bars.
Ingredients: Enriched Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour [improves yeast baking], Niacin, Iron [reduced], Thiamine Mononitrate [Vitamin B-1], Riboflavon [Vitamin B-2], Chunky Peanut Butter (Roasted Peanuts, Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils, Salt, Mono & Diglycerides), Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean & Cottonseed Oils, Mono & Diglycerides), Mono & Digylcerides (Pro Vitamin A), White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla, Baking Soda, Salt.

Our Snickerdoodle dough is similar to our Sugar dough except we add Cream of Tarter. There is a packet of cinnamon and sugar included for you to roll the dough in for the "snickerdoodle" taste.
